Sessions are held at your workplace or office using natural light or studio lighting. I also shoot on location.

How it works

Step 1:
Inquire

Reach out by phone, text or email and tell me about your headshot project. The session is $300 for one person, and $200 for each additional person. For groups of four or more (up to several hundred), contact me for special pricing.

Step 2:
book the date

Once the date is booked, I’ll contact you to discuss headshot style, clothing options and location. A few days before the session I’ll call to confirm the details. A portable studio and instant review (selecting the images on the spot) are available options.

Step 3:
Shoot and Delivery

After the shoot, you can choose the images on the spot, later select from an online gallery or let me pick the best ones for you. Final hi-res images will be delivered according to an agreed upon schedule, i.e., pretty quickly.

  • My office is in Seattle’s Fremont neighborhood, just two blocks from The Troll! I work throughout the Pacific Northwest including the Seattle Metropolitan area, Bellingham, La Conner, Victoria, Vancouver, Olympia, Port Gamble (yes, at that beautiful little church!), Port Angeles, The Palouse, Portland and Sun Valley, among many other locations.

  • Two finished images are included in individual sessions. In group sessions, one image is the norm, but that’s negotiable.

  • Yes, each selected image is retouched, color corrected and cropped for best composition, based on your desired format.

  • Images are delivered via online gallery, or by email if that’s easier for you.

  • Finished headshots are usually delivered within 1-3 days. If you’re pressed for time (not that unusual), I may be able to turn them around within 24 hours, or even the same day.

  • First, reach out and let me know how many people you have on your team, and a possible location (it may be at your offices, at a regional meeting, or a national conference).

    For teams numbering more than a few dozen to well over 100, I’ll create a plan that makes it easy and enjoyable to capture wonderful portraits for each and every one of you!

  • I accept Zelle, most major credit cards and checks. Payment is due at the session.
