Don’t let your event slip by without a trace. I’ll be there to capture all the action—from speakers and keynotes to crowd shots, audience engagement, sponsors, and significant moments throughout your event or occasion. I will ensure that you have a comprehensive collection of images that bring your event to life and show the world the incredible work you’re accomplishing.

How it Works

Step 1:
Inquire

Reach out by phone, text or email and tell me about your event, including time, date and location. My rate is $300 per hour for event photography, and includes planning and prep, editing and production, as well as online delievery of digital files.

Step 2:
Book the date

Once the date is booked, I’ll contact you to get a detailed description of your event, incuding shot lists, VIPs in attendance and any other requirements you have. A few days before the event, I’ll confirm all details, last minute changes and updates.

Step 3:
Capture the event

I will arrive promptly and ready to photograph your event at the specified time. I will also deliver a “Quick Six” set of images for social media within 24 hours of the end of the event (sooner when possible).

The edited high-resolution images will be uploaded to a gallery, and a link provided. Happiness ensues!

  • My office is in Seattle’s Fremont neighborhood, just two blocks from The Troll! I work throughout the Pacific Northwest including the Seattle Metropolitan area, Bellingham, La Conner, Victoria, Vancouver, Olympia, Port Gamble (yes, at that beautiful little church!), Port Angeles, The Palouse, Portland and Sun Valley, among many other locations.

  • From small, intimate gatherings to large stadium-sized events, I’ve done it all. This includes dinner parties, graduations, fund raising events of all kinds, grand galas or any occasion where people gather.

  • Depending on my schedule, smaller events may be edited and delivered the next day. During busy stretches, large events may take a week or more. If you have a deadline, please make sure to let me know ahead of time, so I can plan accordingly.

  • I always try to capture the spirit of the event with candid potography, and I work closely with the event coordinator to highlight VIPs and any key moments throughout the evening.

  • I crop and color-correct each image, and often retouch a handful of them when needed. All of this is included.

  • Images are delivered via online gallery and can be password protected upon request.

  • I accept Zelle, most major credit cards and checks. Payment is due at the conclusion of the event.
