Sessions may be held at your workplace or office using natural light or studio lighting. I also shoot on location.

How it works

Step 1:
Inquire

Reach out by email, phone or text and tell me about your headshot project. I will respond promptly.

Step 2:
book the date

Once the date is booked, I’ll contact you to discuss headshot style, clothing options and location. A few days before the session I’ll call to confirm all of the details. A mobile studio and instant review (selecting the images on the spot) are available options.

Step 3:
Shoot and Delivery

After the shoot, you can select the images on the spot, later from an online gallery, or let me pick the best one(s) for you. Final hi-res images will be delivered according to an agreed upon schedule, i.e., pretty quickly.

FAQs

  • My office is in Seattle’s Fremont neighborhood, just two blocks from The Troll! I work throughout the Pacific Northwest including the Seattle Metropolitan area, Bellingham, La Conner, Victoria, Vancouver, Olympia, Port Gamble (yes, at that beautiful little church!), Port Angeles, The Palouse, Portland and Sun Valley, among many other locations.

  • A headshot session is $400 and lasts up to an hour. The session includes two finished images delivered in both hi-resolution and web-optimized format. Additional finished images are $125 each.

    For groups of four or more (up to several hundred), contact me for special pricing.

  • Yes, each selected image is professionally retouched, color corrected and cropped for best composition, based on your desired format.

  • Images are delivered via online gallery or by email, whichever is easier for you.

  • In most cases your finished headshot will be delivered within 1-3 days. If you’re pressed for time (not that unusual), I may be able to turn it around within 24 hours, or even the same day. (Large groups will require more time.)

  • Yes—for small groups of any size, to well over 100 people, I’ll create a plan that makes it easy and enjoyable to capture an impactful image of each and every one of you!

  • We accept Zelle, checks, direct deposit through online services such as Brex, and most major credit cards with a 3% processing fee. Payment is due one week before the scheduled session(s).
